• Is there a loading dock and parking available? How far are they from the venue?
• Is there a green room, dressing room or restrooms available at the venue?
• What type of performance is this or what is the event title?
• How many players do you need?
• Who is the contact person for the performances and what is their contact information?
• If this is for a school or specifically geared towards children, will you want a demo with instruction?
• What is your budget for this performance?
